Beginning Crochet Class

 

Taught by Becka Denning of Radiant Beans

 

When: Tuesday, November 19th from 6-8pm, in-person

 

Skill Level: Total beginner, no experience needed.

 

Materials Provided: All materials are provided! Pattern, a ball of yarn and crochet hook. 

 

Class Description:


Learn to crochet an easy cotton dishcloth! A hook and some humble yarn will open the doorway to a whole new hobby! You'll learn chain stitch, single crochet, turning, finishing and more in this 2 hour class.

All Materials included! Pattern and Materials will be provided in class.
 
Class minimum: 5
Class maximum: 8

Class Policy: This class requires a minimum of 5 students. Notification of cancellation will be sent within 3 days before class start time if the minimum is not met. In the case of shop cancellation, all registered students will be refunded the class fee. Any additional fees including shipping of materials will not be refunded. Student cancellations, missed classes or no-shows can not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.

Covid Policy: Masks are currently optional but encouraged. Please bring your own mask. Please do not attend class if you are not feeling well or have come into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 5 days of class time

    About the Teacher:

    Becka is the founder of Radiant Beans, a custom fiber art business focused primarily on crochet and macrame pieces. She has worked to perfect her craft for the past sixteen years, has hundreds of happy customers wearing her pieces and displaying her work.

    A former resident of the St. Johns neighborhood in Portland, Becka divides her time between Radiant Beans, working in her garden, and taking care of her two sons- the Beans.
